I’ve known Suzi for many years so when she contacted me several months ago to ask me if I’d be her wedding photographer I was delighted to say yes. Suzi and Don had met at work and it was clear straight away that they were well suited to each other and that a wedding would be on the cards one day. Well that day was Last Friday when Suzi and Don were married at The Great Hall At Mains near Blackpool. Although we were unlucky with the weather which gave us a very wet day, the Great Hall is such a stunning venue inside that all the guests were able to enjoy the day as much as possible.
I started the day in the beautiful manor house that’s attached to the side of The Great Hall where Suzi was getting ready in the bridal suite and the conservatory while Don was over in the other side of the Manor in his traditional Scottish kilt putting the final touches to his groom’s speech. Suzi looked absolutely stunning as she walked down the aisle to meet Don with a huge smile on her face.
Once the ceremony was finished we were lucky enough to have a very brief break in the weather to get outside for a quick confetti photo and a few portraits of the newly married Mr & Mrs Browning before they were back inside for their wedding breakfast then partying the night away until the early hours of the morning.
