FERRARIS COUNTRY HOUSE Wedding Photographer
As an official Ferraris Country House recommended wedding photographer it’s always a pleasure to go back there. Set in the little village of Thornley in the heart of rural Lancashire with views of the stunning Ribble Valley, this family run establishment offers a really warm welcome to everyone. With the ceremony room overlooking the beautiful gardens and its stunning Dove Cote and the Koi Carp fish pond it’s the perfect wedding venue.
Wedding CEREMONY AT ST MARY’s CHURCH, PENWORTHAM
Vicky spent the morning getting ready at her parent’s home with her bridesmaids getting their make-up done by the award winning Sonara Parker. Meanwhile, my assistant Nik spent the morning just round the corder with Peter and his groomsmen who were getting ready for the big day at their home before heading off to St Mary’s Church in Penwortham for the ceremony. The vicar, Chris Nelson, is definitely one of the best I’ve have the please to work with at any church. He makes the weddings fun as well as including some very emotional and romantic readings in this ceremonies.
Wedding Reception with crazy golf
When I met up with Vicky and Peter a few weeks before the wedding to discuss the details of their plans, they made it very clear they wanted to make sure their guests had fun from start to finish so they hired in a 9-hole crazy course to be laid out on the lawn at Ferraris Country House which certainly went down well with both the adults and the kids. After a few very competitive rounds of golf, the guests were invited in for the wedding breakfast and the speeches before the evening party started. The night ended for me with the first dance followed by some of the guests joining them on the dancefloor to party until the early hours of the morning.
